It is a low profile heatsink, with a silent PWM fan, and features a maximum 35W TDP. The heatsink is constructed from aluminium, and is designed to be installed with push pins. It comes in a black finish, and weighs 165.5g. The fan dimensions are 75 x 75 x 10mm, and it has a rotation speed range of 600 to 3000 RPM. The fan uses an EBR bearing, and has an air flow of 23.45 CFM and noise level of 30.75 dB(A). Power requirements for the fan are 0.19A at 12V DC. The heatsink is designed to work with the Intel 1700 socket, and comes with a two year warranty.
